These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the entity operating the 77abc platform and any user of the platform ("Member"). Browsing the 77abc website, registering, or using any service means you have fully read and accepted these terms.

77abc has the right to change these terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members by email or through the platform; however, continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

1.1 Scope of Application

These terms apply to the 77abc website, mobile app, and all associated digital platforms. The same terms apply to all sections — casino games, sports betting, live casino, and fishing games — unless separate provisions are stated for a specific section.

1.2 Language and Translation

This document is written in Bengali and the Bengali version is considered the definitive version. Any translation into another language is for assistance only — in the event of a conflict between a translation and the original Bengali version, the Bengali version takes precedence.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on 77abc and participate in any game or betting activity, a member must be at least 21 years old. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. Appropriate documentation may be requested as proof of age during account verification.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same IP address, or from the same device is prohibited. If this rule is violated, 77abc reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any remaining balance.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If an account is created with incorrect or false information, withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is completed, or the account may be closed.

It is the member's responsibility to notify the support team as soon as possible if any details change after registration (mobile number, email, bank account).

2.4 Account Security

Keeping your account login details (username, password, OTP) confidential is entirely your responsibility. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the support team immediately.

2.5 KYC Verification

To ensure security, 77abc may ask members to submit identity documents (national ID card or passport) and proof of address. If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily restricted.

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

77abc accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). Availability of payment methods may change.

3.2 Deposit Limits and Process

The minimum deposit is ৳500 for each method. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical issues with a specific payment channel, please notify the support team.

3.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to complete. KYC verification of the account must be completed before a withdrawal request can be made.

Withdrawal amounts must be sent to the registered payment method. Withdrawals to an account other than the registered details are not permitted.

3.4 Withdrawals with an Active Bonus

If a bonus is active and the wagering requirements have not been met, a withdrawal request may be temporarily pending or the bonus may be forfeited. See Section 4 for full details on bonuses.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000; a 25x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount, meaning ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.2 Weekly Reload Festival

The weekly 77abc Reload Festival promotion gives a 50% bonus on qualifying deposits, up to ৳10,000, with a 20x wagering requirement and a minimum deposit of ৳500. This offer can be claimed once per week.

4.3 Friday Live Bonus

The 77abc Friday Live Bonus gives a 30% bonus on deposits in the live casino section, up to ৳8,000, with 18x wagering and a minimum deposit of ৳500. This bonus is added automatically every Friday.

4.4 Cricket Season Deposit Reward

The Cricket Season Deposit Reward is available in the sports section during cricket events — a 40% bonus on deposits, up to ৳12,000, with 22x wagering and a minimum deposit of ৳500.

4.5 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn as cash directly; bonus winnings can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements are met.
• If one bonus is active, another bonus may not apply at the same time.
• Low-risk betting intended to earn bonuses (such as placing multiple opposing bets on the same game) is prohibited.
• 77abc reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
• Bonuses apply only to valid and active accounts.

5.1 Use of Software and Platform

77abc's games and betting services are for lawful personal entertainment use only. Using any kind of bot, script, automation tool, or artificial intelligence assistance to play games is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Betting Rules

In the sports betting section, a bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been confirmed. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with 77abc's established policy.

5.3 Technical Errors

If a transaction is incomplete or shows an incorrect result due to a technical error in a game or on the server, 77abc may void that round and refund the stake. Taking advantage of a technical error is not acceptable.

5.4 VIP Programme

The 77abc VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit (a portion of the weekly net losses). 77abc has the right to revoke VIP tier status if any rule violation is found on the account.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited, and if detected, the account may be closed immediately:

• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Operating an account using someone else's identity or false information.
• Collecting bonuses or circumventing wagering requirements through multiple accounts.
• Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Harassing other members or disrupting the normal operation of the platform.
• Placing bets or operating an account using bots or automated methods.
• Selling or transferring your account to a third party.

If 77abc suffers financial or other harm as a result of the activities listed above, the right to take legal action against the member concerned is reserved.

7.1 Self-Exclusion

Any member may request that their account be temporarily or permanently closed. This can be done by contacting the support team.

7.2 Setting Deposit Limits

Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is lowered, it takes effect immediately; if a limit is raised, it takes effect after a set period for safety reasons.

7.3 Protection of Minors

Members are responsible for ensuring that minors cannot access the platform on their devices. It is recommended to keep login details secure and to use a PIN or password on your device.

8.1 SSL Security

All data transmitted on the platform is protected by SSL encryption. Payment information is never stored directly on 77abc's servers; it is processed through a secure payment gateway.

8.2 Sharing Data with Third Parties

Members' personal data is not sold or provided to any third party unless required by legal obligation or fraud prevention. Game providers and payment processors receive only the information necessary to operate the service.

9.1 Complaint Submission Process

If you have a dispute regarding a transaction, bet result, or bonus, contact 77abc's support team first. When submitting a complaint, provide your account ID, transaction number, and a detailed description.

77abc will investigate each complaint properly and seek a fair resolution. A final decision will be made after reviewing technical logs, game records, and account history.

9.3 Dispute Time Limit

Any dispute regarding a transaction or game result must be submitted within 72 hours of the event. Complaints submitted after this time may not be accepted.

• Loss suffered by a member due to loss of internet connection.
• Game interruption caused by issues with the member's device or software.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyber attacks, government directives).
• Unauthorised access to a member's account credentials.
• Technical issues with third-party payment gateways.

In any circumstance, 77abc's total liability will not exceed the amount of the specific transaction in question.

11.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request closure of their account at any time. The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be given before the account is closed, unless there is a pending investigation.

11.2 Termination by 77abc

77abc reserves the right to close or suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse.
• Evidence of account use by a minor.

Members will generally be notified before an account is closed, however in cases of serious violation, immediate action may be taken without notice.
